Everything worked, it felt protected, and the location was awesome, but it's just over the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain as well much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as have been the doorways, the trim, much of the furniture, etcetera.
The home is as marketed - nothing fancy into the house but fantastic location within the beach. No, the house is just not full with the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of space for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there was not many decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or wreck.
